2.1 Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience.

2.2 Shipment Confirmation Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and delivery of your order.

3. Shipping Methods

We currently offer Standard Delivery within India, which is free of charge.

  • Standard Delivery (India):
    Delivered within the standard delivery timeline depending on the destination.

  • Air / Express Delivery:
    If faster delivery by air is required, buyers are requested to contact us prior to placing the order. Any additional charges for air or express delivery shall be borne by the buyer.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping within India is FREE of charge.

For orders shipped outside India, shipping charges are not included at checkout. The actual shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package and will be intimated to the buyer after order confirmation.

The order will be dispatched only after receipt of the applicable international shipping charges from the buyer.

Any custom duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other local taxes (if applicable) levied by the destination country shall be entirely borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
